Below is an example of what the tokenization pay page could look like. It shows all fields and sections that are optionally turned off by passed in parameters. It also shows the two layout modes where the billing address fields are either beside the other fields in landscape mode as opposed to below them as they would be in portrait mode. Scroll bars, like those pictured below in portrait mode, will appear automatically if needed. The sale pay page looks very similar except that a total amount for transaction is shown.
