This API takes, as input, account information for either cards or ACH (checking/savings) accounts and generates a token which can then be used on other API calls in place of sending all the account information. The Pyxis token is hexadecimal string of characters which is a key to not only account numbers but account types, secondary account data like expiration dates and account holder information. Use of the token is a more secure way to transmitting account identification data.
